Tracy Dawn Highberger

Tracy Dawn Highberger, 52, of Roanoke went to her heavenly home Monday, September 24, 2018. Tracy served her country and community through the United States Navy, Vinton 911 dispatcher and 21 years with Roanoke City Sheriff’s office.

She is preceded in death by her father, Harold Lee Vineyard.
Surviving are her son, Daniel Highberger; her mother, Carol Graybill (John); her brothers, Frank Vineyard (Lisa); Michael Vineyard (Sheila); her grandchildren, Lillian, Annabelle, Daniel II; niece, Ashleigh Hill; nephew, David Vineyard.

The family will receive friends 1 to 2 pm, Saturday, September 29, 2018 at Lotz Funeral Home, 1001 Franklin Road, Roanoke. A memorial service celebrating Tracy’s life will be held 2 pm, Saturday, September 29, 2018 at Lotz Funeral Home with Rev. John Graybill and Rev. Lisa Vineyard officiating.
