Ms Terry Marie LoBello Neligan

Terry Marie (LoBello) Neligan, 66 of Roanoke, Virginia, passed away, Monday, March 16, 2020. She is preceded in death by her parents, Edward Peter LoBello and Joanne Rubado LoBello. She is survived by her son, Joseph Neligan of Woodbridge, VA, her step-mother, Katherine Palmer, her loving brothers and sisters and her many nieces and nephews.
