Mrs. Rebecca Fowler Board

Rebecca Fowler Board, 70, of Roanoke passed away peacefully Saturday, August 28, 2021. She is a daughter of the late William Ray Fowler, Sr. and Doris Reese Fowler. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her sister, Sandy McConaghie.

Rebecca was a loving wife, mom and nana that always put family first. Especially the love of her life Doug. She will forever be in our hearts.

Surviving are her husband of 49 years, Doug Board; daughter, Amy England and husband Devin; granddaughters, Caelyn and Brenna England; brother, Billy Fowler and wife, Becky; and other loving family members.

A memorial service celebrating Rebecca’s life will be held 12 Noon, Tuesday, August 31, 2021 at First Church of the Brethren 2001 Carroll Ave NW, Roanoke, VA 24017 with Pastor Dava Hensley officiating.
