Mrs. Florence "Flo" Ellen Gray

Florence “Flo” Ellen Gray, 77, of Roanoke passed away Wednesday, November 9, 2022. She was a daughter of the late Jack and Hazel Cox. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Clayton Gray, Sr.; brothers and sisters, Don, Wayne, Jimmy, Austin, Freeda, Irene, Nancy, Janice and Louise.

Surviving are her sister, Linda Smith (Joe); her children, Anthony “Butch” Alley, Laura Carolus, Roger (Donna), Clayton, Jr. (Donna), Ricky (Betty), Traci (Melvin), Lisa, Drema (John); numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 4 to 6 pm, Sunday, November 13, 2022 at Lotz Funeral Home, 1001 Franklin Road, Roanoke. A celebration of Flo’s life will be held at 11 am, Monday, November 14, 2022 with Pastor Butch Hammond officiating. Burial will follow at Old Dominion Memorial Gardens.
