Mr Edgar Vance Jones III

Edgar “Eddie” Vance Jones, III, 42, of Roanoke passed away Tuesday, July 16, 2019 at his residence.
He was born October 22, 1976 in Roanoke, a son of Edgar Vance Jones, Jr. and Deborah “Deb” Sesler. Eddie was loved by many friends and family. He was the kind of person you could always talk to and would listen without getting mad. There was no kinder, more giving person around.
Surviving to cherish his memory are his father, Edgar Vance Jones, Jr.; mother, Deborah “Deb” Sesler and husband, Wayne (Stepfather); stepsister, Amber Sesler; fiancée, Cheyenne Williams; sons, Edgar V. “Van” Jones, IV, Anthony Jones, and Seth Jones; daughters, Kodi Jones, Avyree Jones, and Sophia Jones; uncle and best friend, Garrett Moore.
A Celebration of Eddie’s Life will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday, July 21, 2019 at Lotz Funeral Home, 1001 Franklin Rd. SW, Roanoke with Pastor Butch Hammed officiating.
