Charles Victor Webster, Jr., 67, of Salem, VA, passed away Sunday, July 21, 2019. He was an alumni of Virginia Tech and worked as a construction engineer until retirement. He is survived by two sons, two grandsons, a sister and a brother.

A memorial service will be conducted Saturday, August 24, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at Lotz Funeral Home, 1001 Franklin Rd., Roanoke, VA.
