Carmen Ventura Noto

Carmen Ventura Noto, 76, of Vinton passed away Thursday, August 31, 2023.  She is a daughter of the late Vincent Ventura and Josephine Melendez Ventura.  In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Michael Joseph Noto; brothers and sisters, Louie, Vincent, Chichie and Richard Ventura, Josephine Thomas and Mary Velez; and uncle, Pete.

Surviving are her children, Michael Noto (Wendy), Joey Noto (Adrienne) and Brian Noto and Cara; God Son, Ronnie Thomas (Amy); and best friend, Emma Fuller; 5 grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 5 to 8 pm, Wednesday, September 6, 2023 at Lotz Funeral Home, 305 E. Washington Ave. Vinton.  Burial will be private.  Online condolences may be made at www.lotzfuneralhomevinton.com
