Ms Alice M. Wall

Alice M. Wall, 78, of Vinton passed away at home and went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, May 11, 2021. She was preceded in death by her parents Rev. Palmer G. St. Clair and Ethel Boothe St. Clair and a brother, Fred Hilton St. Clair. Alice was a loving mother to her son, Joseph Watts and daughter-in-law, Dawn Watts.
In addition to her son and daughter-in-law she is survived by her sisters, Marie Peak of Sewell, NJ and Joyce A Seveika and husband, Joseph of Chesapeake, Va.; a brother, Jack D. St. Clair and wife, Barbara of Lititz, Pa.; 3 nieces and 3 nephews; one aunt, Mabel Boothe Wheeler; numerous cousins.
She will be greatly missed by a devoted friend, Ethel M. Crockett with whom she chatted and prayed with every day.

Alice was born on February 25, 1943 in Newport News, Va. and was raised and lived in the Newport News and Hampton Areas. She graduated from Hampton High School in 1961. She was employed by the Federal Government for many years at Langley Air Force base in Hampton and transferred to an office in Roanoke and later retired. Alice was a devout Christian, loved reading her bible and watching Christian television. She was noted to be a powerful Prayer Warrior. She will be dearly and lovingly missed by many.
The family will receive friends Saturday, May 15, 2021 from 12 to 1 pm at Lotz Funeral Home, 1001 Franklin Road, Roanoke. A graveside service will follow at Mountain View Cemetery Vinton at 2 pm with Pastor Ray Widener officiating. Online condolences may be made at www.lotzfuneralhomeroanoke.com
