Patsy Ann Etter, 75, of Roanoke died Thursday, July 27, 2017. She was born March 9, 1942 a daughter of the late Frank L. Dailey and Martha K. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Russell Clarence Etter; brothers, Frank, Bobby, Sr., Michael and Jerry Dailey; sister, Sue Dailey.

Surviving her are her daughters, Rhonda Altice (Tony), Pamela Conner (Donald L.) and Sherry Lawrence; brother Charles Dailey; grandchildren, PC. J. Crimmins, Donnie Conner and Larry Altice; great-grandchildren, Ryan, Cassie and Kendell Crimmins; special friend, Barbara Hayes.

The family would like to thank all the staff at Berkshire Nursing Home for all the care and support of Patsy and her extended family at Bible Baptist Church for all the support and prayers.

The family will receive friends Sunday, July 30, 2017 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 pm at Lotz Funeral Home, 1001 Franklin Road, Roanoke. A celebration of Patsy’s life will be conducted 2 pm, Monday, July 31, 2017 at Lotz Funeral Home-Roanoke Chapel. Burial will follow at Sherwood Memorial Park.
