I want to thank Betty and all that helped with the funeral for my grandson in February and the funeral for my future son-in-law in March. Betty is such a special person to all of us ,. I want to express how sincerely thankful I am that I chose Lotz in Roanoke for my daughters funeral. I had no idea what to do. Betty helped get me through the most difficult decisions I've ever had to make. She went above and beyond what was required. I am truly grateful for all Betty and all who helped did for me. Alayna had a tough time at the end in the hospital and all that was not present at her service. She looked like an angel. Thank you for everything!!

My father is George W Morris. He passed 2/22/21. I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for Tabitha Kelly and all she did to help my family during this difficult time. I cannot adequately express how much we all appreciated every thing she did. Her compassion, understanding, respect and attention to every detail was so much more than I could have asked for. She truly made one of the most difficuly times of my life sweet and honorable. Even though my father was cremated with no public viewing, (private viewing for immediate family only) She bathed him, brushed his hair and beard and presented him to us beautifully. This meant so much to us as he had been hospitalized for an extended period and we had not been able to visit him because of the pandemic circumstances. She reached out on her own to the Gold Wing Motorcycle club that was a big part of his life for nearly 30 years. She had a Gold Wing on display in the chapel and reserved seating for their members. She did more than I'm sure we are even aware of. She was wonderful. Bless her. Thank you so much, Tabitha.

I would like to thank Lotz Roanoke for all of their help with my father-in-law's funeral. Tabatha went ABOVE and BEYOND to make our final goodbye very special. She is a person who leads with her heart and persists until she finds that special thing to make the service special. Like a Honda Goldwing motorcycle! Thank you Tabatha for everything!
